Trazar (https://www.trazar.com.pa/) makes available information, materials, and products on this Web site, subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing this site, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this legal notice. Trazar reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.

Contracting form and Payment Method

The Services may be contracted subject to the applicable Specific Terms and Conditions described in the websites they are offered, respectively (see Trazar Legal Information for further details).

We use third-party services for payment processing when we provide paid products and/or services within the website. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. The payment processors we work with are: PayPal. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

Notifications

Trazar may send the Client email notifications related to the Services. These notifications may relate to licensing changes, changes to the Terms and Conditions, expiration notices or other matters.

Price Changes

Trazar may change the Services' prices at any time. A change of a price in respect of the Services performed for the Client’s benefit will automatically take effect only at the end of the Client then contracted term and provided that the Client has not cancelled the Services. Trazar will provide the Client with reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on Trazar web’s Sites and/or by sending the Client an email notification. If the Client does not wish to pay the new price for the new term, the Client may cancel the Services with effect as of the end of the Client then contracted term.

Payment and Subscription Terms

All purchases are non-refundable. You can subscribe to Trazar applications in accordance with the terms and conditions specified inside the software. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to sales@trazar.com.pa. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Note: Trazar customer care works only Monday to Friday. We don’t work over the weekend. All requests received during the weekend are processed within 2 business days.

Software and Intellectual Property

All software, accompanying documentation, music, and recordings available on this website are the copyrighted work and exclusive property of José María Rubén Paz, unless otherwise noted.

Use of the software is governed by the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) which accompanies or is included with such software. Installation or use of this software implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions of the EULA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these works is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. You may not at any time use our trademarks as part of any business or trading name, style, or domain name.

Any software and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of this website is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from such downloads.

Membership

In order to use certain portions of the Service, you will need to first register on the Service. You must not register for membership in the Service where you are prohibited by law. Free Services

If Trazar gives the Client the right, directly or indirectly, to one of Trazar web’s free Services (the “Free Access Service”), then the Client may benefit from the Service but said benefit will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions for the specific period the Client is entitled to have said access. Trazar web may terminate or immediately suspend the Client's Free Access Service at any time, at Trazar web's full discretion and for any reason without liability or any obligation to pay any compensation or make any payment to the Client.

The Free softwares may not be complete or fully functional and may contain bugs, errors, omissions and other problems. Notwithstanding any provision of the Terms and Conditions to the contrary, with respect to the Free Access Service, Trazar web (i) gives no warranty; (ii) will not be obliged to pay any indemnity or compensation of any type or for any reason, and (iii) will not be obliged to provide any support, service nor be subject to any obligation related thereto.

Use of Third-Party Content and External Streams

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you use or incorporate from the content generated on our platform does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or other rights. This includes but is not limited to using lyrics or other elements that are not in the public domain or for which you do not have appropriate licenses.

-You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from the use of unauthorized or restricted streams.
